Apple and oats kheer for babies
An apple a day keeps doctor away! We all have been hearing this from childhood and we all know how apples are a nutritional for our young babies who have started eating.. As a new mom, I wanted to give my baby the healthiest food and variety. From day 1 I was very clear that I will not offer salt and sugar to my young little fellow.. everyone around me thinks that I am torturing my baby by giving bland food and it's tasteless but now I give deaf year to all that, at the end of the day it's my baby and I am allowed to take these decisions for her.
Let me share one quick recipe for your baby which is full of nutrition. It gives good energy to baby, it's good for eyes as well as immunity, and is full of iron.
Take 1 steamed apple purée, 1 TSP on crushed oats.. cook oats in enough water for 4-5 minutes, make sure it's cooked well, add puree and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Add some dry fruits powder and serve to your baby.
