The fun starts when you work as an article-cum-peon, Suddenly your dreams are out of colours and strings of neon. From reports to returns, vouching and verification, Your life starts to pour in a little frustation. Somehow you clear PCC and make it to the finals, Those who cleared before you are your definate rivals. You say to your self, "Ab starting se padunga", "PCC wali galti dobara nahi karunga". So, here I am presenting a not so unhealthy snack, but yummy snack. Just follow the simple steps with readily available ingredients at home and enjoy the yumilicious Bhel in Chinese version. Ingredients: 1 cup fried noodles 1/4 cup grated carrot 1/4 cup shredded cabbage 1/4 cup sliced capsicum 1/4 cup chopped spring onions 2 tsp vinegar 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tsp chilli sauce salt to taste freshly ground black pepper powder to taste chopped coriander for garnishing Method: 1) Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix throughly. 2) Serve immedieately or noodles will turn soggy. As said, one should be judged by his company of friends. Friends are an essential part of life. They are the persons who can make your life so easy and fun sometimes. True friends are hard to find but once found are hard to loose. I always had limited friends friends in my life. They have helped me in various steps of my life. I can count on them, whenever I need them, just a phone call away. Recently I met so many people and considered them friends but now I realized not every acquaintance or person you meet can become your true friend. Trust and understanding, if there are two qualities in a relationship, then no one can break that friendship.

Yesterday it was my youngest nephew's birthday. We had a small get together at a farm house.. The theme of the party was kites and balloons. Me and my sister went early at the place and decorated the whole place with lot of balloons and kites. The cake was also made in kite shape. Kite theme was chosen as the kites festival also known as makar sakranti in india is on the weekend. After a long time the whole family was celebrating together. We all were meeting first time in this year. Sharing few pictures of last night. P.s. I got a special compliment from a special person. <3 :)

It was 31st dec. Chilling nd freezing in cold.. Nd it was my sister's bday, I had to do smthng special fr her. So I decided to use her fav. Oreo cookies in the cake, Bt making a normal Oreo cookie was such a common idea so I thought to experiment a bit and I decided to make an Oreo vanilla ice cream cake. Best time to Enjy ice cream is winters.. So I made the cake a night before and on 31st just decorated the whole room with balloons, flowers, happy birthday posters and ribbons. Me and my mom made so many things. There was red tangy pasta, white cream cheese pasta, sweet corn, carrot halwa, bajre ki khichdi, ladoos, buttermilk too.. It all turned to be delicious.
