Noodles as a snack.

So, here I am presenting a not so unhealthy snack, but yummy snack. Just follow the simple steps with readily available ingredients at home and enjoy the yumilicious Bhel in Chinese version.
Ingredients:
1 cup fried noodles
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup sliced capsicum
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp chilli sauce
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
chopped coriander for garnishing
Method:
1) Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix throughly.
2) Serve immedieately or noodles will turn soggy.
