Anger Management

This is dedicated to only one person right now, I know it won't even be read that person, but still don't want o loose hope on this. This is so ironic, I am the one with short temper, and I am writing something related to anger-management.


Inside all of us there is the need and the desire to be heard, to have our innermost thoughts, feelings and desired expressed for others to hear, to see and to understand. We all want to matter to someone, to leave a mark. Writers just take thoughts, feelings, and desires and express them in such a way that the reader not only reads them but feels them as well. There are times and situations, when these things doesn't happen, you start sulking, you feel insecure, as if there is nothing good about you, All the confidence gets dumped. Major problem of all this is communication gap or the insensitivity of the other one. You keep thinking and you start becoming depressing, all your chirpiness, bubbliness, happiness shoos away, as if it was never there.

Ways to control your anger:
1) Don't sit Idle. Keep yourself involved in something or other.
2) Go for a movie or some cafe with your friends, family, cousins.
3) Watch TV.
4) Most importantly, which can instantly make you feel very good: Cook a chocolate dessert or anything
5) Download new songs, mix them with your fav. old tracks. Make a playlist and just dance to the tunes.
6) One more cool thing to do is, download some photo edit app and start editing your fav. pics, make collage, add some funky twists and texts.
