Maggie in Pasta style

So today, I was all alone, very hungry and wanted a treat for my empty stomach, and was in full mood of cooking too.. There was nothing in the kitchen, ma was out for grocery shopping and i couldn't wait till then, so i thought to make Maggie, but there was no treat in eating regular normal Maggie, so i thought to make it bit more interesting.. So after brainstorming, I thought to make it Maggie in Pasta style.. which is generally my all time favorite.. So there goes the recipe..

Ingredients:
Instant Maggi Noodles Packet - 01
Chopped onions - 1
chopped Tomato- half
peas- 2 tbsp
boiled corn- 2 tbsp
finely chopped Capsicum- half
Carrot chopped- 1
minced garlic- 2-3 cloves
tomato puree- 2 Tbsp
green Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
red chilly sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
oregano
chilli flakes
salt - to taste
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
maggie masala
Grated processed cheese- 1 cube for garnishing.
Cooking Oil: 1 tbsp

Method:
Take a pan and add 3 cups water, Let it boil and add noodles and drain them as they are cooked. And add cold water, so that they dont stick to each other.
Heat oil in a pan, and add garlic and onions till they are soft and change into pink. Add tomatoes and peas, let it cook, till they are cooked and get softened. Add, capsicum, carrot and let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes. Then add tomato puree, corn, sauces, salt, chilly powder and maggie masala and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Add boiled noodles into the sauce and mix it well.
Take out in a plate and garnish it with oregano, chili flakes and cheese.

This was like awesome... My brother is a crazy fan of eating Maggie, he is eating like it almost daily, and he for first time, appreciated my work and said it was the best Maggie he ever had... Feels great...
